A Day in the Life…

So excited I ended yesterday completing achieving my Single Daily Focus of eating healthy all day and woke up this morning proud of myself.    My goal is exactly the same for today and planning it out now.  Is 1 of those days when every minute is booked starting with taking my son to the doctor this morning.  Have 2 coaching calls while I am out doing that on the road.  Come home and 1 training calls scheduled and then leave for my own doctor appointment.  Then I am facilitating 4 boot camp calls in a row.  And after finishing heading out to my 2nd Dr Fuhrman – Eat to Live Meet Up.  Whew.

Life is always in session and we will be always be busy.  We can use busyness as an excuse to not eat healthy and I have done that more times than I can recall.  What we need to accept responsibility for is the planning required to stay on track.  No one has more or less time than any one else and we seem to get done what is most important to us.  Got all of my Top 5 Priorities done yesterday plus 3 more in addition to eating healthy.

We need  a plan.  Without a plan, we are not truly committed.

“Unless commitment is made, there are only promises and hopes; but no plans.”  ~ Peter F. Drucker

It’s 8am and I have planned when and what I will be eating all day.

What is your goal for today?  Do you have a plan in place to ensure you achieve it?  If yes, great.  If not, take a look at your commitment level.
